I love that I can trust in The Sierra Crossings Motel for being so polite and communicative. The cleaning ladies are the best for the way they stay on top of their duties as to keeping the rooms nice and clean daily. & the security is always there for any concerns that is also great. So I love a clean place for me is #1 priority so thank you so much Sierra Crossings Motel.
The staff was amazing, but the owners are a joke about the towels. What the heck. What about the ants, spiders and roaches and we were there for 4 days and three nights, and no room service because I cleaned the rooms. MY BAD
This place was cool I'd stay again... The office staff was nice enough with the few interactions... The jacuzzi was nice it worked well was clean... The room was clean upon arrival... Towels were all clean.. I didn't like how they made the bed with 2 FLAT sheets not fitted... So the sheet came off... The refrigerator was clean working. The microwave is small so don't bring anything to big! The cleaning people clean the rooms of guest checking out 1st... So I didn't get my room cleaned until after I had been out for 2 hours shopping... And it was after 3... Overall I really enjoyed my stay they do need to make a few adjustments...
This is a great place to go with your hunny. The jacuzzi tuns are great. The beds are comfortable as well. Plus the price cant be beat. My only complaint is the pillows are lumpy and awful, so bring your own!
Nice very friendly staff and I'm glad to have just been able to come get a room extremely last minute after the last one I booked online claimed to not work with the site and refuse to even check it. To get here and I'm greeted with and I'm appreciated for the business and the rooms nice clean and everything work properly, go figure, for way less than I was paying for weeks before and was actually going to be. Plus I have been looking for a weekly rates and I'm glad to hear that they had that as well. Thanks Sierra Crossing you're my Blessing in disguise.
Everything is great except the beds OMG so uncomfortable I can't handle it especially being disabled everything else is great supposedly from what I hear their beds are comfortable so I don't know but ours not so much
The place is always well maintained, sizable rooms and restrooms, and peaceful. Management and staff are attentive and welcoming . Every time I've stayed with them, the rooms are spotless and smell nice. Comfortable beds, beautiful exterior, well worth every penny spent. I can't say enough great things about this place. Checking out today but can't wait to return.
